Blackfriars Salon and Spa is a great place to get any service done. I have never been disappointed. I ordered a BIG EGO Straightener from them a few months ago and go it only a few days later. Just wanted to tell you what a great experience I have every time I walk through the doors at Blackfriars. Right from the courteous service I receive on the phone when booking my appointments to the time I leaving, I am always treated as family.
I have been getting gel nails for about 10 years and never have I had the results that I have had with Kasha. I never have any lifting or any of the bevvy of problems that I have experienced through the years...too thin, too thick, poor shaping, etc. They are always picture perfect, not only when I leave the salon, but when I return for my fills, which believe me says alot! I want to thank Kasha for her friendly smile and superb service every time. See you again soon...Karen

I am so glad that I went to Scott to get my hair cut, he did a great job and I am going to Toronto tomorrow for my birthday and am looking forward to showing off my new cut :) ~ Christine

I never thought I'd be going to a 'spa' for my haircuts but the service I recieve at Blackfriars is exceptional & the reason I keep going back. Sara, Robin & most recently, Natalie have all had a swing at my head & I' ve been very impressed with each one's results.

I was in the salon yesterday afternoon and I have to tell you that you have done an amazing job hiring your staff. Everyone was super busy but with big smiles and I was offered a water or coffee at least three times by different people! It must be a little anxious leaving your business in the hands of others - I am such a control freak I would be super nervous - but I just wanted to let you know that you are being well represented even when you are not physically in the building!
